Nick is an award winning All-Media Producer and strategic thinker in the digital and online video space, consulting for corporate and government organisations, with an entrepreneurial nature and proven business management experience. He also achieved his Masters in Screen Art and Business from AFTRS in 2014. At TEN ALPHAS, Nick manages the business, looks after the sales and marketing, runs the Strategy consultations, and writes, produces and directs the content.
Jess has extensive experience in the industry, having worked as a producer, director, strategist, and motion graphics artist in major organisations, including the Department of Defence, Mazda and the ACMA. In 2015, Jess completed her Masters in Screen Art and Business from AFTRS. At TEN ALPHAS, Jess does sales and marketing, strategy, and art direction. On set Jess is also a Director and Director of Photography.
During her studies in Media & Communications, Madeleine found a passion for television and video content, getting experience digital marketing for television at Zeebox and post-production at USYD Update and Spectrum Films. At TEN ALPHAS, Madeleine oversees all aspects of production, liaises with clients, works as a video editor and looks after the company’s online presence.
Jonathan started making short films at age twelve, and has since made numerous award-winning narrative shorts that have screened at film festivals globally. He has also produced a variety of corporate and advertising content, with high-profile projects for organisations such as Stockland, Energy Australia, Telstra, Salesforce, the Fair Work Ombudsman and 2and2. More recently, Jono wrote, directed and edited his first feature film, Rough Stuff, which was released in March 2017.
Adrian Powers is an Australian film editor and director. Several of his films have screened & won accolades at film festivals across the globe. He has edited eight feature films (including ‘Skin Deep’, ‘Rip Tide’ and ‘Forbidden Ground’, which he also co-directed), and has worked as editor on the fifth and final season of internationally acclaimed web-series ‘Starting From Now’. Additionally, Adrian has participated in dozens of corporate videos, TVCs, music videos and documentaries, and frequently produces content for some of the biggest brands in Australia.
